Our mission is to infuse every community with high quality enrichment and education.

Born from a family’s frustration. Built as the system schools actually need.

Our story

Why We Built Togetherhood

We didn’t set out to build a company. We were two parents trying to solve a problem for our own kids first and our community.

It was July 2020. Remote learning had fallen apart for our family, so we did what any slightly unhinged founders would do: we called dozens of families, rented space, hired teachers, and built our own classroom from scratch. We had no roadmap. We figured it out as we went.

While we ran those pods, we started bringing in outside enrichment providers: theater, dance, improv, yoga. We watched them work. We saw how hard their businesses were to run, and how much the pandemic had made it harder. We also felt firsthand how complicated it was to source, vet, and manage all of it ourselves.

When schools reopened, we didn’t want to stop. We loved what we’d built: kids genuinely engaged, instructors doing work they cared about, a community that felt stronger for it. So we asked ourselves: what if we built the platform that made this possible everywhere? Togetherhood was born.

The problems we’d lived–schools overwhelmed by vendor complexity, talented instructors without consistent work, families who couldn’t access quality programming–exist in every community. We’re not done until that changes.

For schools

Your school doesn’t need another vendor. It needs a system.

We know what schools are up against: tight budgets, overextended staff, and a growing expectation to offer enrichment that goes far beyond the core curriculum. Most solutions add to the complexity. Togetherhood removes it.

We give schools a single platform to source, schedule, and manage high-quality enrichment programming, taught by vetted independent teaching artists and coaches who are passionate about what they do. No more juggling dozens of vendor contracts, chasing invoices, or hoping the quality holds up. Togetherhood handles the logistics so your team can focus on your students.

The result? Kids get access to programming that sparks curiosity and builds real skills. Parents see a school that’s going above and beyond. And your administration gets a partner — not more paperwork.

For providers

We believe great teaching artists and coaches deserve more than a side hustle.

Togetherhood was built for passionate, entrepreneurial enrichment providers — people who’ve started or dream of starting their own business doing what they love.

We handle the business side — scheduling, payments, marketing, and customer management — so providers can pour their energy into what matters: creating extraordinary experiences for kids. We work closely with every provider to ensure their courses don’t just teach a skill, but create the kind of moments children remember.
